Last week we hosted our Graduate Programme Recruitment Evening at our office to showcase our Graduate Programme 2019.

The evening touched on the key aspects of the programme and gave an insight into the Healthcare Analyst and Project Manager roles.

It was also an opportunity for the attendees to meet our current graduates and hear their first-hand experiences of the programme, the projects and what it’s like to work at the TU.

Our background, business groups and values were presented by our Director of Organisational Strategy and Engagement, Katy Coope, followed by an insight into our unique offerings including the TU Technique and training by Matt Wright, Managing Consultant.

Following the event, we received an email from one of the attendees who said: “I attended the Recruitment Open Evening last night and just wanted to email to say thank you for such an enjoyable and informative session.

“Your team ethic and the overall environment of the TU was really inspiring and learning more about the graduate schemes was very encouraging. You answered all of the questions I had, and I feel very enthusiastic about putting my application forward.”
