Welcome from the Chief Executive

We started our journey in 2000 as a resource to support the Greater Manchester’s Health and Care Leadership in its flagship transformation programmes. We now have a strong track record in Greater Manchester of achievement; developing new care and service models and programme managing whole system transformation projects.

From April 2016, we started operating as an internal NHS consultancy. Rooted in NHS values, we now provide a range of services to health and social care commissioners, specialising in large scale clinical service transformation and have a customer base that is expanding across the country.

We hope that operating in this way will create a sustainable NHS resource that can drive and manage transformation at scale, reducing the NHS’s reliance on external support and will enable us to continue supporting the improvement of patient outcomes thus ensuring clinical and financial sustainability.

This is a really exciting time for us. We have established a new Transformation Unit Board to oversee our work and strengthen our governance and accountability, we have developed a new brand, a suite of marketing materials and recently launched our new website.

Do take some time to peruse our new website. The site has undergone extensive testing, but as with any new service there could be the occasional glitch. If you experience any problems or have any feedback please do let us know by replying to this email address, which is monitored.

If you would like to have an informal chat with a member of our team to find out more about what we do and what we can offer you and your organisation, please do not hesitate to contact us on the details below.

You can find out more about us by visiting our website.

Thank you

Leila Williams
Chief Executive

NHS Health and Care Innovation Expo

We exhibited at the NHS Health and Care Innovation Expo on the 7th and 8th September. NHS England’s Health and Care Innovation Expo is the NHS’s flagship annual event, with over 5000 delegates a day from health and care, the voluntary sector, local government and industry.

Delegates that attend Expo are typically change agents, keen to network, learn and share the ideas and innovations that will transform health and care services; so the event was a perfect platform for our formal launch.
