Katy is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and is highly experienced in the delivery of creative strategic and operational HR solutions.

Katy has worked across a number of sectors including Local Government, Education, NHS and Charity. Katy is a skilled and adaptable individual focused on ensuring an effective and efficient workforce is in place to deliver the best outcomes for patients. Katy has experience in large change programmes with a specialist focus on workforce.

As Head of the Organisational Strategy Business Group she is responsible for leadership and staff development within her team as well as leading on delivery.

Katy is proud to work for the NHS and passionate about supporting transformation to assist in providing a NHS fit for the future which will improve outcomes for patients.

Why are you passionate about the NHS?

I am passionate about the NHS as I completely resonate with the seven guiding principles that guide all of what the NHS does. The NHS has the potential to change people’s lives every day and I feel very proud and fortunate to be able to say I am part of that.
